At the Altoona Curve Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all official tags attached; please note that customized jerseys and clearance items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
